Commercial Exhibitor Sponsorship - Be There to Meet the Inventors
The Commercial Exhibitor is for non-inventor corporations and individuals who would like to exhibit at the Expo.  This sponsorship includes the following:


  • One 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth decorated with drapes on the front, sides and backing to display your services and information materials.

  • One quarter page advertisement in the InventBay.com National Inventors Expo catalogue.  This catalogue will be given out at the Expo and made available to our network of inventors and invention organizations, so you'll get exposure for your services even after you attend the Expo.  Larger advertisements are available by request for the appropriate additional charge.


The total investment for a Commercial Exhibitor is $987.  This extremely affordable when you consider the cost to advertise nationally to this same group of people.  On top of that, you'll be right there, in the middle of the action, speak with potential clients, give them advice, and leave with a ton of new leads for your business.  Rather than just attending the show, you'll get a chance to be a part of it and in a much better position to explain everything you have to offer. 


Double Your Exposure For A Fraction Of The Cost

Patron Sponsor Exhibitors have the opportunity to also sponsor an Inventor Exhibitor for an additional charge of $500.  The Patron Sponsor may choose the Inventor Exhibitor they would prefer to sponsor or InventBay.com will randomly determine and distribute the sponsorships.  InventBay.com will reimburse the Inventor Exhibitor that receives a Booth Sponsorship on behalf of the Patron Sponsor / Booth Sponsor Exhibitor. 

Included in this sponsorship is the InventBay.com loge on all badges, advertisements, and signs signifying that the Patron Sponsor Exhibitor is also an Inventor Exhibitor Sponsor.  The Patron Sponsor / Inventor Exhibitor Sponsor will also be listed on the Booth Sponsor Wall Banner that will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall and on the Inventor Exhibitor booth sign preceded by, "Sponsored by Your Company Name”.

Booth Sponsorship - Help Inventors Get Their Start!!
This corporate and/or individual sponsorship is for non-attendees that would like to sponsor an Inventor Exhibitor Booth.  The total investment for this sponsorship is $1,000.  The Booth Sponsor may choose the Inventor Exhibitor they would like to sponsor or InventBay.com will randomly determine and distribute the sponsorships. 

InventBay.com will reimburse each Inventor Exhibitor that receives a Booth Sponsorship on behalf of the sponsor.  You will get everything included in the Commercial Exhibitor expect the booth space.  This sponsorship includes the following:

  • The 10 in. x 40 in. Inventor Exhibitor Sign will read, “Sponsor by Your Company Name”.

  • One quarter page advertisement in the InventBay.com National Inventors Expo catalogue.  . This catalogue will be given out at the Expo and made available to our network of inventions and invention organizations, so you'll get exposure for your invention even after the Expo.

  • Company/Individual name and contact information listed in the Booth Sponsor section of the InventBay.com National Expo Catalogue.

  • Company Name listed on the Booth Sponsor Wall Banner that will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall.
